Credit Cards.

Mastercard and Visa cards are accepted in any of our stores. Should you wish to do an online purchase, please fax or e-mail us written consent to debit your card.

If you do not have a credit card or do not prefer to use one, send us an order by e-mail or fax.

Bank transfers or deposits are welcome. Please use invoice number as reference when making payment. Goods will be released or sent as soon as payment reflects on the bank statement.

Shipping Policy and Typical Shipping Time in South Africa.

We strive to give you the fastest service possible. Normally, orders received before noon will be shipped by noon the next day, after payment clearance has been received. Special arrow or string orders might delay shipping slightly.

We will either ship with Speed Services via the Post Office or Courier of your choice. Please specify what will be most convenient for you. If the parcel was sent via speed services, then the parcel will have to be collected at the post office unless arrangements have been made for door-to-door delivery.

Items that are not claimed by the buyer from the Post Office will be returned to us and postage for re-shipment will be the liability for that of the buyer. Postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise.All parcels will be insured (cost of 1.5% of value) and is for the cost of the buyer.

The buyer should not accept damaged parcels until the transportation company agent has noted the damage on the waybill. Please DO NOT RETURN THE DAMAGED GOODS TO US. Magnum Archery cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to goods via Post office or Courier Company.

As mentioned before, we will automatically insure the shipment to reduce the financial risk of damage or loss of the shipment. If however you prefer to accept the risk of damage or loss of the parcel during shipment, you can exercise the option not to insure by letting us know in writing.

In the case of the loss of the shipment you will however be liable to pay Magnum Archery for the shipment not received since it was sent as per your instruction. Magnum Archery’s responsibilities end once the parcel has been sent or collected by the courier company. No shipping will be done if account is overdue or previous invoice is not paid in full.

In the case of Speed Services, the typical order will be delivered the next day or two if payment has been received before 10:00 the previous day and if credit card approval is obtained from the bank and no arrows needs to be fetched or any special work needs to be done for you.

The Post Office parcel post usually takes 5 to 7 days for delivery in South Africa. You will be informed on the day of shipment and receive the tracking number of you parcel. 

International Shipping.

We are not undertaking international sales at this stage due to quotes required for international shipping cost. Customers are welcome to fax us their orders for quotes that will include the correct shipping cost. 

Defective Merchandise and warranty items.

Defective or warranty merchandise is repaired or replace by the manufacturer. Merchandise must be returned directly to the respective manufacturer except for bows that will be handled by us. We will supply you with the address and phone number, and any assistance you may need.

For bow warranty, please e-mail us the following information on magnumpta@plotnet.net.

1) Name and contact details,
2) Bow serial number,
3) Date of purchase,
4) Invoice number,
5) photo of defect and description of product or what happened.

Once this has been received, then the necessary steps can be taken to obtain a warranty. You will be informed about the progress, and the warranty can only be done once ALL information has been received.
Magnum Archery will not do any warranty claims without proof of purchase or invoice. Any shipping costs and clearing fees to get the warranty fixed will be that of the customer.

Minimum Order R70
A R10 handling charge will be levied on any orders less than R70

Insurance.

All shipments is to be insured and as follows:
Speed Services insurance cost at 1.5% of value of shipment
Post Office insurance cost at 2% of shipment value with a limit of R5000.

Magnum Archery can not be held responsible of any goods that are damaged in the post by the post office or courier.

Back Order Policy.

You will receive notification of stock-outs via email. Please respond with your request for either a back order or a cancellation.

Return of Merchandise.

Magnum Archery has a policy of customer satisfaction and will accept returns up to 30 days of the date of our invoice. A full refund will be done. Returned items must however be in its original condition and packaging. A copy of the original invoice is to accompany the merchandise. No returns may be made without an authorization number that will be emailed to you. Any returns made after 30 days, but within 90 days, will have a 50% restocking fee charged and will only be accepted if the goods are in its original packaging and condition. If there are any signs of the product that has been used, no refund will be given. Returns over 90 days, no refund will be given.
